Using Notely

You must use Notely lawfully and only with content you have the right to process. You are responsible for obtaining any consent required before recording or transcribing a conversation and for reviewing generated summaries before relying on them.

Accounts and subscriptions

Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Paid plans renew until canceled. You can cancel through account settings; access continues through the end of the paid billing period. Fees already charged are non-refundable except where required by law.

Starter is $0.99/month for 5 summaries and 5-day history. Unlimited is $7.99/month with 14-day history. Premium is $12.99/month with 30-day history and full transcripts. Eligible web accounts can choose one 7-day free trial of Unlimited or Premium, with a payment method required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the chosen plan renews automatically at $7.99/month for Unlimited or $12.99/month for Premium. One web trial per account across both plans; switching plans does not restart the trial. Apple determines eligibility for App Store introductory offers separately. There is no ongoing free plan. Canceling or losing access does not extend previously saved notes beyond their original expiry dates.

For App Store purchases, Apple's payment sheet displays the localized price, billing period, and any introductory offer before confirmation. Apple determines trial eligibility across the Notely subscription group. Apple subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends and must be managed in Apple subscription settings. Deleting your Notely account does not cancel an Apple subscription. Avoid subscribing through both Apple and the web at the same time. Apple purchases are also governed by Apple's standard licensed application agreement.

Service availability

Speech recognition and AI-generated summaries can be incomplete or inaccurate. Notely is provided as available, and we may change or discontinue features. Do not use Notely as the sole record for medical, legal, financial, safety-critical, or other high-stakes decisions.
